FC Solutions is the group's shared service company. We start on 01-01-2027 and handle the administrative work, so the commercial teams can focus on products and customers.
What we are
The counterpart to Repco Pacific
Same idea as Repco: Repco Pacific serves the companies on the product side, FC Solutions serves them on the administrative side. We cover the chain from daily bookkeeping to group reporting and run one shared setup across the companies.
FC Solutions is also the group's hub for AI and cyber security. With FC Solutions the group's new structure is complete.

Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, complex international transactions, payroll administration and payments.

VAT, tax, Intrastat, Statistics Denmark reporting, EPR, transfer pricing and statutory reporting in every country, including the Swedish and UK branches.
Legal support
Light legal work and template agreements for shareholders, licences, franchises, distribution and retail.
Customs and VAT
Customs and VAT handling across the group's companies and branches in Denmark, Sweden and the UK.
AI and cyber security
Central AI tools, governance, training and data security, with cyber security as the shared hub for the group.
AI in the group
Central help, local anchoring
The AI work in FC Solutions does not replace AI in the companies. We build the central AI tools and handle governance, training and data security, and we help with local implementation. The work with AI lives locally, where the business is.
Cyber security is anchored here: payment governance, MFA, access control, backup and awareness training across the companies.
The model
Where it makes sense
FC Solutions delivers shared services where it makes sense and where the companies want them. The companies are free to buy the same services elsewhere. FC Solutions has to earn its place.
