Fusion Capital is an investment company focused on creating value through strategic partnerships. We combine capital with expertise and networks to support growth and value creation in companies with potential.

We usually come in as a minority owner, and we stay for a long time. Not for lack of ambition, but because the companies we believe in do best when their founders still own them.

    Fusion typically invests with a minority stake of 10-25 %. We insist that 75 % or more remains with those we call “Hunters”: the visionary, passionate founders who drive the business forward.
